 Employment Planning Services (EPS) are designed to provide individuals with integral information to utilize as they are planning their vocational future. The belief that everyone can, and should, work is the central tenet of all MOW LLC’s Employment Services.  .

Informational Interviews

 These “reverse” interviews serve opportunity for a person to ask businesses questions about the skills, knowledge, and abilities needed to perform the tasks involved in the job.  

Job Shadows

I Job Shadows are an opportunity for individuals to observe jobs for a period of time while asking questions about the skills, knowledge, and abilities needed to perform the tasks involved in the job. 

Career Exploration

Career Exploration services utilize multiple learning modalities to provide information about types of employment to facilitate an individual in focusing on the types of employment to pursue.

Job Try-out

 As an Employment Planning tool, the primary function of a Job Try-out is to obtain desired information to be utilized by an individual in developing their individualized employment plan.

On-the-Job Evaluation

 A short-term, paid work experience that provides the opportunity for the individual and their VRS counselor to evaluate the suitability of a particular career or occupational area of interest.
